Katherine

Executive Director

Katherine has been in the medical field for 13 years and she works closely with Dr. Martin developing business strategies, formulating budgets, and dealing with daily operations. She is also responsible for hiring new staff, developing personnel policies, ensuring compliance with all government guidelines and guaranteeing medical records are stored properly. She is in charge of making the practice run smooth and successfully while also working to expand the business. Katherine finds it a complete joy to meet the patients and experience their journey from beginning to end. When Katherine is away from the office she enjoys hiking, biking, swimming and spending time with her fur baby.

Danielle

Clinical Director

Danielle has been in the medical profession since she was 19 years old. She started off as a medical assistant for OB/GYN’s, she loved her job but after 5 years she grew tired of the tedious paperwork and decided to go back to school. After her clinical rotations at a Level 1 trauma center she graduated as a Surgical Technician in 2015.

She brings to our practice professionalism and proficiency. She works alongside Dr. Martin facilitating the safe and effective conduct of invasive and non-invasive surgical procedures, ensuring that the operating room environment is safe, that equipment functions properly, and that the operative procedure is conducted under conditions that maximize our patient’s safety. Danielle enjoys spending free time with her family, they love the outdoors and camping, but they also love to stay home and watch movies together. On an average weekend you’ll probably find her in the garden playing with her one dog; Trigger and Tinky.

Jenna

Media Director

Jenna brings five years of marketing and social media expertise to Estetica, with a strong background with her degree in Public Relations and Communications from Iowa State University. (Go Cyclones!) Her creative vision is instrumental in showcasing the beauty of plastic surgery and highlighting Dr. Martin’s work. Jenna is passionate about being part of a supportive team and loves contributing to the transformative experiences our patients undergo. In her free time, she enjoys exploring Arizona’s hiking trails at sunset, discovering the best espresso martinis in the valley, capturing moments through photography, and making the most of everything Arizona has to offer.

Ariana

Oral Surgery Coordinator

Hi my name is Ariana Flores. I am the Oral Surgery Coordinator here at Estetica. I have been in the medical field for 11 years as a Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist. I am a licensed Esthetician and have been in the industry for 2 1/2 years. I strive to make sure that your experience with Estetica is amazing. I am a mom of 3 beautiful children and love being outdoors. I hope to see all your beautiful faces soon!

Madison

Director of Nursing

Madison has been in the medical field for the last 8 years. She has experience in oral surgery and primary care. She was a nursing assistant in the hospital before she went to school for her BSN. Madison has a tremendous amount of experience and a proven track record of success in the nursing field, which will be valuable in meeting our departmental goals and objectives. Madison is and excellent match for this position and a strong asset to Estetica. Madison loves being a part of our team because there is so much support and teamwork. She really enjoys being a part of such a big experience our patients go through. The surgeries and treatments can be completely life changing for our patients and it means the world to her that she can help them go through it. In her free time she enjoys taking her dog for walks, cooling off at the lake in the summer, and camping!

Nikole

Surgical Lead

Nikole has been in the dental field for over 11 years with extensive training in dental anesthesia and IV’s. While assisting our patients throughout the entire surgical process she also provides extra care making sure all of your questions and concerns are answered. Whether caring for our patients preoperative, in recovery or educating and instructing their caregivers, our patients and their families find her comforting and compassionate. Nikole has a true passion for helping patients have the best surgical experience during their stay at Estetica. In her free time Nikole enjoys cooking new recipes or meal prepping for friends and family.

Rebecca

Spa Director

Rebecca is a two time graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and a Master of Public Health. Rebecca has wanted to be a physician since she was 4 years old and plans to attend medical school in the future. It was not until the pandemic that she realized her passion for Medical Aesthetics and “Happy Medicine”. The way she sees it, the line of work blends her interests in medicine and cosmetics. She is grateful for the opportunity to work, learn, and grow here and is so excited to be a part of the Estetica Team!
